1. Heatstroke can be divided into three types according to the severity of illness

1. Threatened heatstroke

Heatstroke spasm: that is, it has no direct relationship with high temperature, but occurs after strenuous labor and exercise. As a result of sweating, drinking water only without adding salt can reduce blood sodium and chloride, and blood potassium can also be reduced, resulting in paroxysmal painful muscle spasm (commonly known as cramp), thirst, less urine, but normal body temperature.

Sunstroke: that is, strong sunlight on the head, resulting in increased intracranial temperature. Heat stroke patients have severe headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, dizziness, irritability, and mental disorder. In severe cases, coma occurs, and the body temperature can be slightly increased.

2. Emergency rescue for heatstroke

Away from the high temperature environment, quickly transfer the heatstroke to a cool and ventilated place for rest. Lie on your back, head up, and unbutton.

Fluid supplement: if the heat stroke person is conscious and does not have nausea and vomiting, they can drink cool drinks containing salt, tea, mung bean soup, etc., so as to reduce the temperature and replenish the blood volume.

Artificial cooling: electric fan can be used for cooling, but it can't directly blow to patients to prevent cold.

Ice compress: cold compress can also be applied to the head. Ice bags should be placed in the head, armpit, groin and other large blood vessels (put ice cubes, popsicles, water ice cream, etc. into plastic bags and sealed tightly), and can be bathed with cold water or 30% alcohol until the skin turns red. Prevention measures of heatstroke in the field and key points of emergency treatment afterwards

When outdoor athletes go to the mountains, they often chase after them, but if they are exposed to the strong sunlight for a long time, the body heat and temperature can not be fully distributed, which makes the body temperature rise. The body temperature regulating center in the brain is damaged and stops working. This is heatstroke.

Heatstroke patients have headache, high fever, vomiting or fainting, which can cause death sometimes. Therefore, field activity personnel should not pay attention to prevention and first aid. It is better to wear sunshade cap and prevent exposure to the sun for too long.

Cover his head with a cold and wet towel. If there is a water bag or ice bag, it is better. Soak a sponge in alcohol or a towel in cold water to wipe the body. Fan as cold as possible to reduce his body temperature to normal.

Finally, measure his body temperature or observe the patient's pulse rate. If it is below 110 per minute, it means that the body temperature can still be tolerated. If it reaches more than 110, stop using various cooling methods. After observing for about 10 minutes, if the body temperature continues to rise, it will be cooled again.

3. Pay attention to prevent heatstroke

1. Travel to avoid the hot sun

Remember to prepare sun protection equipment when you go out in summer. If you have to go out at this time, you must do a good job of protection, such as playing a sunshade, wearing a sunshade cap, wearing sunglasses, if possible, it is best to apply sunscreen; prepare sufficient water and drinks. In addition, in the hot summer, heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs, such as shidishui, Longhu Rendan and Fengyoujing, must be kept at hand to prevent emergency use. When going out, cotton, hemp and silk fabrics should be selected as far as possible, and less chemical fiber clothing should be worn, so as to avoid heat dissipation and heat stroke when sweating a lot.

The elderly, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases, especially those with cardiovascular diseases, should reduce their outdoor activities as much as possible in the hot season.

2. Don't wait for thirst to drink

Don't wait for thirst to drink water, because thirst has indicated that the body has been short of water. The ideal is to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day, depending on the temperature. When sweating more, you can add some salt water appropriately to make up for the loss of salt due to sweating. 3. Diet

4. Get enough sleep

The best time to go to bed is 22:00 to 23:00, and the best time to get up is from 5:30 to 6:30.
